TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement
By creating an account or using HireReady (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and HireReady (“we”, “us”).
What HireReady does
HireReady is an AI-powered job posting optimization tool. You provide job posting content, and we use AI to analyze and rewrite it. The output is a suggestion — you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing anywhere. We do not guarantee any particular hiring outcome.
Your account
- ·You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
- ·You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- ·You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
- ·One account per person. You may not share accounts between individuals unless on a Team or Agency plan.
- ·We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
- ·Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
- ·Runs (optimizations) reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused runs do not roll over.
- ·You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- ·We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will consider refund requests made within 7 days of a charge if the Service was non-functional.
- ·We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use HireReady to:
- ✕Post fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal job listings
- ✕Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- ✕Circumvent run limits through multiple accounts or automated requests
- ✕Submit content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights
Your content
You own the job posting content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI pipeline to generate your results. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content
The optimized job posts, screening questions, and other outputs are generated by AI and provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before use and ensuring it complies with applicable employment law (including human rights legislation). We are not liable for any hiring decisions made based on our output.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireReady’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
